I bought this relying on the photos on FreeHand (the manufacturer's) website photos which show both a WOMAN;s and men's bikes on the stand.
BUT A WOMEN'S BIKE WILL NOT NOT NOT stay on the stand unless YOU BUY A $30 THAT'S THIRTY dollar bar to convert the women's into a man's bike and then it will stay attached.
And now I'm having a BIG problem about returning it since it's been assembled NOT USED, just assembled and Overstock says I may only get a 50% refund besides having to pay for the return shipping.
I'm very upset.

I currently live overseas and this item came way before the estimated arrival time. I really appreciate the fast delivery.
As for the product...i read the previous reviews before i bought it. Now that i have it ..I think its great. Its all metal with the exception of the part that holds the bike. Its hard plastic but it does the job and doesnt scratch the bike. It's light weight as well. I would recommend this item for anyone.
