This 2-pack combo contain 2 sets of Sparehand KC-10 wall rack and can be mounted anywhere that has wall stud or anchor to cement block walls (anchor included). The rack has weight capacity of 150 lbs for each set, and can be used to store your kayaks, paddleboard, SUP, surfboard, ladders, ...etc.
This wall rack can be easily assembled by putting the 2 parts together with mounting holes aligned, and screw directly to the wall surface. Each cradle arm also have 3-1/4" wall tab to prevent cradle arm from moving side ways. This improve the stability and integrity of the system.
This wall mount rack also uses SpareHand's exclusive Multi-Stage Rust Prevention process and the cradle arms are padded to protect your boat.
Assembled dimension: 19" (along the wall) x 22" (extend out from the wall). The 2 cradles can be placed spaced apart depending on your product need need.
The 22" horizontal arm also allow the user to determine the angle and position of product placement, giving the user full control of product placement on the rack. | | | |

super solid, great value Jan 21, 2012

If you have two kayaks and need a solid solution for wall storage, this is the product for you. I was a bit hesitant to purchase it because there were no prior reviews on amazon - and I couldn't find any reviews anywhere else on the web. The racks (there are two sets with the purchase) install VERY easily and are rock solid. We have two top-of-the-line kayaks that we wanted to be securely stored in a location in our basement that was out of the way for the winter but easily accessed during our spring-summer-fall kayaking months. The racks are designed to store the kayaks on an angle (which I originally was not a fan of, but turns out it occupies much less space), and a safety strap is included on each bar (which fully alleviated my concern about the angled position). Both bars (in each set) are identical; there is no "left" or "right" bar. We deliberately mounted into studs on the wall, and placed the two sets one above the other, accounting for some additional space to accommodate the angled positioning of the kayak. Our kayaks are 13 and 14 feet long, and we positioned the distance between the left and right rack of each set such that they were about 3 feet from the each end of the kayaks. Worked beautifully. And the price is right (purchased on Amazon). I don't believe you'll find a better-designed product with this level of ease of installation for this reasonable price.
