K-1 Cradle by SpareHand will fit on Cadence Series Kayak Storage rack. This will expand storage capability on your rack, or use as wall mount (wall mount screws not included). K-1 Cradles are sold in pairs and will require 1 pair of cradle for each kayak / canoe / roof box / paddleboard, surfboard, ..etc. Weight capacity is 65 lbs for upper rack, and 85 lbs when installed at lower rack. All cradles are powder coated and padded with high density foam to protect your boat. They are also fold away when not in use.

These K-1 cradles are for mounting on the Stoneman Sports SpareHand Kayak Storage Racks. Depending on the model, the kayak rack will already come with one, two or more K-1 cradles. You can buy this extra set, if your rack is rated to accept more that originally supplied. Careful, because a rack carrying more kayaks than intended would be unstable and unsafe. These K-1cradles are easily mounted, easily moved up or down and hold the kayak securely against the rack body, once the kayak is correctly positioned. The K-1 cradles fold up when not in use. What more to say? They are pricey at $50 for two, but no substitue exists if you have a SpareHand kayak rack. I have a two-kayak Sparehand Malibu Plus rack and the K-1 cradles work just fine, as advertised. My rack can hold four kayaks, and if I had a need, I would buy a set of these K-1 cradles. I recommend them as well-designed, sturdy, finished hardware accessories.
